RSI Recovery
If your physician has given you the OK to proceed with an exercise program, I’ll be more than happy to help you
further on your road to fitness after enduring your repetitive strain injury. I can assist you through self-myofacial
release (SMR) and static stretching routines to engage in corrective flexibility and regain your neuromuscular
efficiency that’s often lost through RSI conditions. By working on a slow progression, and using careful,
industry proven techniques, you can feel safe that injury will be avoided, and you’ll begin to feel better, and
appreciate life’s wondrous blessings once again. I too have had an RSI condition, and am quite familiar with not
only the physical aspect of these debilitating conditions, but also how it can affect us emotionally as well.
Fitness Assessments
Not everyone is ready to hop onto a treadmill for 30 minutes, nor is everyone ready to start pumping
iron like the California Governor.
We are all different, have varying medical issues, and are in varying stages of physical stasis.
Using established observational and objective procedures I assess each client to see where you are
in regards to strength, balance, muscle imbalances, cardio respiratory function, and special medical needs.
Using methodologies approved by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I can assess your fitness readiness
and begin your plan on the right foundation. And the assessment does not stop on our first visit. I will
track your progress, and help you set and achieve the fitness goals you desire.
