I take pride in providing you with quality, professional services at affordable prices. My aim is
to help you achieve your goals with cost-effective fitness plans that work within your budget.
For your convenience, I charge on a per-session basis with a discount schedule, listed below.
How often you use your sessions is up to you, your budget, and your schedule. Two popular
service options are:
- Personal Fitness Consultant: One session per week, or one session per month.
- Personal Fitness Trainer: Two or more sessions per week

If you need to make a payment you can either pay by check or cash during
any session, or use your credit card to purchase any of the fitness packages listed below.
In-home Fitness Packages

3 Sessions for only $199
Includes one complete Fitness Assessment session, program design,
and two complete training sessions.

* In-Home training pricing is for the Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park areas. For all other areas, additional charges may apply.
** Pricing is based on training an individual. Group rates (2 or more) are available upon request.
*** Training sessions are one full hour. Fitness assessments vary from 30 minutes to one hour.
