Bio: Nathan Cool is a Fitness Professional who’s been involved in physical fitness for over 20 years and has undergone the CPT curriculum through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Nathan is skilled in Human Movement Science, Functional Anatomy, Flexibility Training, Cardiorespiratory Programs, Resistance Training, Core, Balance, Reactive and SAQ training, Nutrition, Supplementation, and Special Needs.

Nathan specializes in one-on-one and small-group personal fitness training utilizing the well known, and widely recognized OPT model designed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Unlike other trainers who merely watch you do your sets, Nathan approaches fitness training through a scientific, yet motivational approach that focuses on individuals’ specific needs, health, goals, and physical readiness; thereby, allowing Nathan to design unique, individualized training programs on a per client basis, and chart the progress of each client to closely monitor client progression, milestones, and achievements.

Now in his early 40’s, Nathan maintains a passion for fitness, and workouts 5 times a week. Fitness is not just a career for Nathan; it’s his passion. After a successful career as an engineer, author of two books, and founder of the WaveCast forecasting service, Nathan was not driven by monetary gain when he elected to become a personal fitness trainer. Instead, it was Nathan’s love for fitness, and the burning desire to help others live long and healthy lives that brought Nathan into the fitness industry.
