Starting a personal fitness program requires just
two simple steps:
Step 1: Contact Nathan
First, you'll need to contact me
so we can discuss your fitness goals, and
schedule a FREE fitness assessment to get things started. To contact me, you can either

Step 2: Fill Out 2 Forms
After our initial phone consultation, you can print and complete the forms below before
I arrive, or we can fill these out together when we meet in person. For our initial
