Getting Started
Starting a personal fitness program requires just two simple steps:

Step 1: Contact Nathan
First, you'll need to contact me so we can discuss your fitness goals, and schedule a FREE fitness assessment to get things started. To contact me, you can either call me at (805) 750-7394, or send an e-mail to: nathan@nathancool.com.

Step 2: Fill Out 2 Forms
After our initial phone consultation, you can print and complete the forms below before I arrive, or we can fill these out together when we meet in person. For our initial session, the forms to fill out are:
