I provide personal fitness training that gets results, performed either in the comfort of your home, office or community/apartment complex gym.

I offer competitively priced training plans to evaluate your physical readiness, goals, and special needs. Based on this information, you can elect to use my services as a fitness trainer (meeting two or more times a week) or as a fitness consultant (meeting once a week, or once a month) utilizing safe and effective workout programs that I specially design for your needs, while monitoring your progress.

I’m certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), skilled in Human Movement Science, Functional Anatomy, Flexibility Concepts, Cardiorespiratory Programs, Resistance Training, Core, Balance, Reactive & SAQ Training, Nutrition, Supplementation, and Special Needs.

My extensive background can get you real results, safely and effectively directed towards your specific needs and goals.
